Delivery Timeframes

Shipping Destinations
We ship internationally. Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout. Some regions may not be serviceable due to carrier restrictions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order details. Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds will be displayed during checkout.
Order Processing

- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are:

- Beyond our control — we cannot predict or estimate these charges

Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

- We will investigate with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue.
For packages confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
